๐ Applying for UPDC Access
To access UPDC services, users must first apply for an account. The application process ensures proper access control and resource allocation.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be affiliated with the University of the Philippines
- Valid UP email address required
- Research or academic project justification
- Agreement to UPDC Acceptable Use Policy
๐ Account Application
Step 1: Initial Application
- Visit the UPDC User Portal
- Click "Apply for Access"
- Fill out the application form with your details
- Provide project description and resource requirements
- Submit the application
Step 2: Account Setup
Once approved, you will receive:
- Account credentials via secure email

- Initial password (must be changed on first login)

UPDC accounts are valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
